1. Consulting & Automation Services

All consulting, workflow strategy, and done-for-you automation services are non-refundable once the project has begun.
This is because these services require time, planning, and resource allocation from our team.

2. If We Cannot Deliver

If SmoothScale is unable to complete the agreed-upon work due to internal issues on our end, we may offer:

• a partial refund, or
  
  

• an alternative solution
  
  

This is at SmoothScale’s discretion.

3. Digital Products

All digital assets, templates, systems, and automation files delivered are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel work before it begins, contact us at ishan@smoothscale.tech.
We will review eligibility based on whether preparation work has already been completed.
