2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Before any work begins, we clearly define pricing, scope, and deliverables.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize SmoothScale to charge for purchased services.

3. Refund Policy

Once consulting or implementation work has started, payments are *non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated.

(If SmoothScale is unable to deliver agreed services for reasons on our end, we may offer a partial refund or alternative solution at our discretion.)

Digital products, templates, and system files are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, you agree to:

NOTE: Delays in access or communication may extend timelines.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We aim to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and operational clarity.

 However, we cannot guarantee:

• specific revenue outcomes
  
  

• conversion rates
  
  

• booking numbers
  
  

• business growth metrics
  
  

NOTE: Your results depend on factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, templates, documentation, and automation workflows created by SmoothScale remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You receive a license to use them for your business, but may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmoothScale is not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages
  
  

• lost revenue or data
  
  

• errors caused by third-party tools (Stripe, Zapier, Google, CRMs, etc.)
  Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
